Welcome! PUPPYLUVDESIGNS DOG COLLARS was started in 2006 in Philadelphia, PA by Tara
McCown Tucker. She recognized a need for stylish and durable collars offered at reasonable prices and an idea was born.
Her inspiration is her Lhasapoo Sebastian who is the face of PUPPYLUVDESIGNS. Currently our products are offered on the web
and in select boutiques in the tri-state area.
